It was spacious, clean and I was able to cook and do laundry there. It was a marvellous experience. Will be going back there. I particularly liked the level I was on. It was a home away from home.

What I liked was the proximity to the aitport (you could see the airport from the balconey). What was unique about the property is that you feel like one of the locals who are your neighbors. For those who are looking to experience what it's truly like to live on St Kitts I would highly recommend a stay on Monkey Hill.

Misleading
What you see in the pics is not indicative of the apt. The unit is very very hot as is expected but although it is advertised with A/C, they are located in the bedrooms only, and they DO NOT work. Water flowing from the shower in the first smaller room I was given at first is slow and barely working. Additionally the drainage doesn't work. This, and the wobbly bed were detrimental factors to me so after complaining to the owner the first night she switched me to the master bedroom that did not have a working toilet. Furniture is old, shaggy, and has little or no support. Even the chair covers that were on the living room coaches were ripped. There is no cable TV. It's a roku box with no instructions on how to operate it. There is roach in the apt. When I told the property manager who was away but returned 4 days in my trip, she brought a bug spray, but there were plenty there already on the fridge. The location is close to the city and airport as advertised but nothing else rings true. As a matter of fact anywhere you stay on the island is in decent proximity to both. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful island by booking elsewhere. Don't settle here.
