Bass Lake Tours and Activities

I really enjoyed my one night stay at Riu Plaza. Location, room amenities and a comfortable mattress. Most importantly...the complimentary full on breakfast buffet was Ahhmazing - best I have had. There was only one negative. I would have liked some kind of city view from my 10th floor (Room 1001) Unfortunately, all I got was a close up of someone's nondescript office 😔

Great property, small pool for kids but we made sure to go super early to get a swim in

Expectations were already high and Shangri-la met them. We are a family of four, booked a premium room with 2 queen beds on the 16th floor. Exquisite room, beautiful bathroom, all marble with shower and tub with full view of the city. Bedroom area with top to bottom glass window view of the city also and CN tower, beds were comfy. We enjoyed a lobby lounge afternoon meal, appetizer type food at half price, sliders were to die for. We used the hot tub and pool and sauna There are pool bed inclosures with tv's. Looby area was a hang out area with a unique modern fireplace, art and live piano music. There's a nice terrace area on the 3rd floor. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. High end all around and excellent customer service.
