"Badeværelset var ikke ordentligt rengjort. Der lå hår i håndvasken og armaturet var ikke rengjort i håndvasken. Og badeforhænget var uhumsk, og der var ikke rent i bunden af badet. Og så lugtede der af gammel røg på værelset. Det er ikke et sted, vi vælger at komme tilbage til. Men personalet var utroligt venligt og ville gerne hjælpe os, da vi ankom meget sent til hotellet. Så fixede de en nøgleboks og sendte os en kode."
