"Stayed in 'superior room' on 3rd floor with kitchenette, decent coffee machine, balcony with table & 2 chairs. Decent bathroom with good shower. Very very quiet room with full blackout blinds. This is a brand new hotel and has a few teething problems mainly with signage in the common areas, garage etc which I'm sure they will remedy. Overall a wonderful stay."

"The room was clean although, despite it being a non-smoking hotel it stank of smoke. We reported it to the girl at reception, in case we got the blame, who shrugged and said "it happens" she did say she would write it down though. Plentiful hot water in the shower. Rooms are not automatically cleaned, you need to ask at reception, which is fine. Lovely bar and restaurant but the restaurant is not open at weekends. This is clearly advertised though. They also ran out of draught beer while we were...
