"This property was perfect. The peace and quite, the beauty, the staff fast responses.... ABSOLUTELY what I needed. You can't go wrong unless you don't have a 4x4 or all wheel drive... LOL"
"The house has an awesome view. It worked out perfectly for our family and the outdoor shower was a great feature. You must have a 4wd vehicle! We will be back."

"We loved the Villa. The pictures are a bit deceptive as you need to drive to the waterfall, which is a must see. The road up to the Villa requires a 4x4 or an SUV type vehicle. I missed this in the write up, we had a small car and it was very nerve racking. The host was very communicative and accommodating. I would stay here again. "

"This property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and tranquil as described. Joe was very helpful and gave us many suggestions to check out the area. We highly recommend staying here."
"Das Objekt ist von der Lage, Größe,Gestaltung und von der Kommunikation her einfach vorbildlich. Ana Maria war immer zu erreichen und Probleme (Kleinigkeiten) wurden sofort behoben. Wir haben das Objekt nach knapp 5 Wochen wahrlich unter Tränen verlassen.
Besonders die immer freundlich Stimmung unter den Angestellten und Ana Maria hat uns sehr gefallen."
"Woke up to a beautiful mountain view! Best pool views we've had. We made it in a car during dry season but 4×4 definitely recommended. Watch for scorpions"
"The rooms a very unique and they property is beautiful.
We had tiny bats roosting on our villa and it was fabulous to watch them swoop and dive over the river in the evening.
The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love."

The Falls Resort at Manuel Antonio
5/5 Excellent
"This is an excellent/safe place to stay."

"This is an amazing property with a terrific staff. My wife and I had a wonderful time. When we checked in there was a sloth and a macaw right outside our room. We really enjoyed the monkeys. I give them a 10/10. Only negative would be the beach that is within taking distance of the resort. It's a long treacherous walk down a rocky slippery hill where you are eventually met by a couple of unfriendly locals trying to rent you a chair, in our case for $20. We declined. There is sand on the beach but as soon as you hit water it's nothing but rocks, rocks, rocks. Water was great though! Don't let this part deter you, just have them shuttle you to the main beach at Manuel Antonio! "

"It was very comfortable and our rooms had an outstanding view of the ocean. Access to the pools was also excellent to help us cool off at night. Food and stay were pricey, but we felt we got our money's worth. "
"Beautiful property with a lot of amenities. Staff are amazing and so friendly. Our room was incredible (the ocean view). Close to a lot of shops, restaurants, market, beaches and the amazing national park. Would only stay here if coming back. "
