"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"We had a lovely time at the lakeside cabin. Amber and Larry were amazing hosts who made you feel like guests in their home and even shared an amazing steak from their farm with us. The lake was gorgeous and the folks at the surround cabin and campsites were kind and respectful. Would definitely come back! "
