"A pleasant stay in the town centre. The hotel is comfortable and well located - a few minutes walk to the river, walls and cafes. The breakfast was offered at a discount if you book with reception the day before. It includes a hot English breakfast and the usual continental items."

"Nice kind very efficient staff had issue with my room they change it immediately without arguing ! Very private professional , they know their business very well ! They put guest above all ! Very comfortable rooms nicely decorated like upscale hotel should be ! Very close to airport few meters but no noise very good window insonorisation ! Nice views of airport and Liverpool estuaire ! Will defiantly return and recommend to others ! "

"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue.
