Disappointed the Tap Room restaurant onsite was closed and had to to another restaurant in an ice storm. Needs more employees onsite. Very nice people, clearly doing many jobs and working hard

Humphreys Ledge Adventure with Hot Tub, Arcade & Games Galore! 5 minutes to town
Jess was great to deal with, very responsive. We had 4 families staying. 13 adults, 5 children, and a dog. We had plenty of room, even parking. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and arcade. InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook
Room was very nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Great kitchenette and nice fireplace and mountain view. Overall very clean. Outdoor hot tub huge plus. Laundry room could be better. Would be nice if housekeeping made bed each day. Overall stay was very good and comfortable.
