"The lighting was difficult to deal with. Those bulbs that are almost blue light emitting, not warm or soft at all. I had about 3 spiders that dropped down from the ceiling. The room seemed old, but was newly painted, in bright white. When I turned the heat unit on. It smelled like urine, but the next day it was better. Maybe the room had just been empty for awhile. Overall, the second day was 4 star. The first a two star. Front staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't complain to them. I figured it wasn't their fault."

"We were rushed to checkout by 11 am. Need to allow at least until 12 noon like other major hotels. This will be a deal breaker in the future for our stay. When we asked the hotel staff, they were not helpful and were very strict. They were reading out penalty amounts for every hour of delayed check out beyond 11 am. Management needs to think about this seriously. No winder why the hotel was more than half empty."
