SUMMARY:
Contemporary cape-style home located in the North Conway, NH area. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Skylights in the upstairs bedrooms provide beautiful natural light; there is a large deck with a charcoal grill -- perfect for entertaining outdoors, along with the welcoming open floor plan indoors.. The home is fully-applianced, and includes cable TV and WiFi. There are also linens and towels provided.

DETAILS:
There is a private, sandy Saco River beach located just a short walk down the road, perfect for tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming.

Echo Lake State Park, is just a short drive down West Side Road, and is another convenient, picturesque family-friendly swimming and picnic area.

There are backyard views of Mt. Stanton, with its hiking trails located just steps around the corner.

Attitash Mountain and its summer activities located less than a mile away.

The house is about a ten-minute drive north of North Conway's shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. Storyland also located just minutes away.

The first floor bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower on each of the 3 floors (including the finished basement). Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, and a comfy reading chair which looks out to Mount Stanton. The second upstairs bedroom is ideally set up for parents with small children. It has a queen bed, two single beds, and plenty of bedtime storybooks. The full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There are skylights in each bedroom.

The finished basement-level adds another dimension to the living space for family get-togethers. The great room has its own kitchenette, dining area, and bath. There is a large TV and also a twin-sized trundle bed. There is a walkout to the grassy backyard.

The large deck with its charcoal grill is a great place to enjoy the sunshine in the afternoon, or to kick back and relax at the end of a fun-filled day!

The house has high speed internet (WiFi) and expanded cable TV services, for your enjoyment.

Nice roomy home in quiet neighborhood with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Access to the Saco river via a short walk was really fun. Great location with many activities within a short drive. Had a wonderful time!

Great house, great location

This was a perfect base. The upstairs rooms are really lovely and comfortable. The place is a short drive away from great places to visit and dine, had all that we needed to be comfortable for a few days, just make sure to bring your own shampoos and such.

Fantastic getaway

My family and I enjoyed this wonderful house near the Saco. Beautiful hiking trails walking distance from the property, private river access down the road and close enough to everything modern but far enough away to feel like the middle of nowhere! Truly exceptional!

Beautiful Place by the Saco

Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. Beautiful house down the street from the Saco River with a private beach access. Highly recommend for any families with kids as there is plenty of room for multiple people

Saco river trip

It was a good set up for the 7 of us. 3 bathrooms were a plus. We went on the saco river tubing and went to zebs and also some shopping at the winery and outlets. The house was a good size for us and we were very comfortable. There was an issue with the refrigerator not closing properly. We had a great time. Thank you.

Excellent location

We had a lovely stay in NH despite the weather altering our plans. The house was clean and spacious and our extended family all had a comfortable space to relax and enjoy themselves. The house is in a perfect location to find plenty to do even in the rain. Donna’s list of ideas and recommendations of things to do was perfect and above and beyond expectations. Her communication prior to our stay was excellent and we felt that if we needed anything during our stay she would have been very responsive. I could see us staying here again in any season.

Gem of a find!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is amazing and had sooo much room. It is definitely the most well stocked (plate, cups, etc) home we have ever stayed in. While having lots of space, it has a very warm, cozy feeling. The location was perfect for us as we love to visit many of the surrounding favorite restaurants and activities. The communication with the owner was incredible! Donna was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She gave very clear directions on what we needed to do, how to get to her home and suggestions for local activities. This was definitely one of the best overall rental experiences we've had to date. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable Family Vacation Home

We very much enjoyed staying at this home! It was super clean, really great layout and bed/space situation. The in-law basement was perfect for grandma and the family bedroom was excellent for my family of 4. The first floor common space was super comfortable for everyone to spend time together. LOVE the mini splits everywhere! And first floor laundry! And entry way for dropping river shoes, beach bags, coolers, etc. The deck is great, as is the use of the grill - though we aren't the best charcoal grilling folks :) The neighborhood is so peaceful and scenic. The walk to the river wasn't too bad- the hill back up is something but very do-able with my two kids (7 and 11) Being able to walk to the river so easily was really nice. We had a lot of fun outdoor time! My only note would be about the trash situation - there's a dump that you need to bring your trash too and the hours and open days are kind of limited. We checked out on Sunday - the dump is closed on Sunday - so we would have had to go there on Saturday, but they close at 4 on Saturday and we were on a rafting trip until 3pm so we had to bring the trash home with us. If we were there for a full week we could probably work it into our time a bit better, but for a weekend we just couldn't make it work. I'd give the property 4.5 stars for the trash situation. Perfect stay. House is exactly as described. We were a family of 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. House is stocked with everything you need and then some. Have no doubt this will be our go to in the future. Donna was wonderful to work with.
