Above and beyond

This was a wonderful place, a clean place and a comfortable place. The staff went beyond the call of duty… A very important prescription was left in the room, it wasn’t discovered until 10 hours later… I texted Mark late Friday night to inform him that this prescription had been left in the room… He checked the refrigerator where it should’ve been and it wasn’t there…. He then checked the management refrigerator with the same result… He checked the cleaning cart and there it was!!! Obviously, anytime I get near Bartlesville, I’ll be staying at the Apartments at Hotel Phillips…

Although we booked this unit, we were placed in a different unit. No explanation of why. The unit we got had an air conditioner that could not be adjusted. It was set at 65 so the unit was very cold! The listed breakfast included was donuts, cold cereal, and coffee. Very minimal. Positives- the unit was clean, had a nice kitchen, and a comfortable bed.
