The Location is excellent in terms of a quiet and less crowded experience. Also, you're in the heart of Carlsberg Beer and the tour is fascinating glimpse into the history of Copenhagen. Hotel Design is sweet mix of modern and industrial old beer warehouse. Breakfast is a great buffet. On downside our room smelled of sewer gases...and some of the fixtures did not work. Maintenance seems differed.

Clean room, lovely breakfast and wonderful staff

Breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of choices to chose from. Staffing was excellent in all fazes . Rooms were clean .very comfortable. Impressive view from the balcony overlooking the city center of Copenhagen. I would recommend it to everyone who is look for a great hotel to stay at. I wish could have stayed 1 more week. Very nice hotel bar.

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.

We spent four nights here and it was an amazing experience. This is your classic European hotel located in the heart of historic Copenhagen. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, from an outstanding organic breakfast to a hosted happy hour. The staff is warm an welcoming from the minute you step into the lobby until you leave. They all spoke excellent English that this older traveler really appreciated. If you plan to visit historic Copenhagen this is the place to stay.
