Great staff, who were always happy to help. Very clean and modern rooms. Fantastic location for exploring the city and 5 mins from Central Station. Breakfast is €26, which is on the pricey side, hence it loses a star.

The room assigned me was on the first floor; except for a sleeper car on a train I have not slept in such a small room. The presence of ear plugs did not bode well either.
