"Pros: Clean, and quiet, nice terrace yard. Cons: The table on the terrace can be more stable. The sofa smells bit. Would be nice to wash the pillow on the sofa after sometime."

"Check information was wrong from management, miscommunication between the property owner and management co. Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. TV would not work properly, really a big let down."

"Very modern and high end apartments. What pulls down the score from a 5 is the fact that the design of the complex is confusing and the fact that the apartments are quite a walk away from the main building where the restaurant and pool is. "
