"The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. The beach is 5 minutes down the road whereas the downtown restaurant area is about 20 minutes away. If you’re using Google Maps and taking the shortest route carry a flashlight for the walk...

There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."

Suelos sin limpiar, enseres de cocina sucios, sartenes que necesitan renovación...pero el propietario nos dio una compensación y fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. "lo mejor la ubicación y limpieza siempre se a dicho que de los errores se aprende y nunca mas alquilare un apartamento si no es al anfitrión personalmente ya que esta empresa solo atienden en horario de oficina, y no son muy rápidos en contestar a las llamadas telefónicas, al llegar tuvimos 2 problemas uno era que salía el agua por debajo del lavabo que avisamos nada mas llegar pero como no estaban al día siguiente por wasap nos dijeron que pusiéramos un cubo debajo y vendrían a solucionarlo y...

"Nous avons passé deux nuits aux Pics Europa. Tranquillité et calme dans cette petite résidence dans un hameau un peu perdu. Superbe vue et terrasse très agréable. Hôte sympathique. Parfait. Nous n’avons pas pu aller aux lacs de Cadavonga car les bus étaient complets pour la journée."

"Très bien située géographiquement entre mer et montagnes, cette belle maison traditionnelle est joliment décorée. Nombreuses salles de bain / WC et literie de grande qualité. Seuls bémols : la petite cuisine pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner à plusieurs en vacances et la route assez fréquentée en journée (mais la terrasse donne côté rivière !) "Very nice restored hotel in an old monastery. I can’t believe nuns lived in such opulent quarters and such large rooms! Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. The only thing I would say is please replace all the beds with king/2 meter wide ones. The small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also they have a new building with balconies, but I was never offered that option thru Expedia. I would have preferred a room with a king bed and balcony, but they only offered Standard on Expedia "

"This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old"

"Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night. "
