This has been a hard one for us and we’ve been really trying to put it all together. We didn’t like having to sign a lot of paperwork upon check-in. Also, if you have lost your key or a towel, they charge you things get lost by mistakes. Sometimes the room was absolutely very nice management treats. Their employees awful. I saw more than once of them treating them terribly. We are accused of smoking. We both don’t smoke, so I think they wanted to charge us more money, so basically upon checking, we felt like we were entering the convent not a relaxing vacation. Also, there was no music by the pool. The manager lives on property and I overheard that it bothers him. I guess the guest don’t count. We really wanted to love this hotel, but we just couldn’t.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. But the staff were were absolutely fabulous, they helped me with absolutely everything.
