"We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our last 2 nights in Costa Rica. It was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The top floor with pool was great with amazing views. Our room with balcony was perfect! We booked the premium room on the 7th floor for dining perks. Breakfast buffet was amazing and snacks in the evening was more like a full course dinner. 24 hr access to coffee and refreshments. I will definitely book again at the Sheraton. "

"The hotel itself is nice with the normal amenities one would expect from an Intercontinental Hotel. Unfortunately my experience included a room that had a leak in the ceiling. We are not talking about a drip, drip leak--we are talking full blown waterfall. I had to deal with that 3 times with multiple towels and ZERO response from the hotel. At check out, they offered to compensate a meal, but that never happened and really wasn't the issue. they should have just come and fixed the problem when...
