"Everything was ok"

"Room was not that clean, we found a Gatorade bottle under the bed from previous person. Also, there was no refrigerator. Restaurant was super slow, and there was a wedding the same night. Loud guests. Will not be staying here again "

"The staff I talked to on the phone in regards to their airport shuttle service was just overly talkative and kept me on line unnecessarily. The gentleman we saw at a reception desk was nice, but the taxi cab he ordered for us on the next day did not come—not his fault. The cab arrived 20 minutes later after the second request was made, and the driver was somehow rude. "

"Parking was easy and convenient. The room, however, was not cleaned well. The air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud and did not cool the room. Roaches!"

"Not clean at all the hotel looked very old-fashioned and poorly maintained. I was also told by the front desk that I would not be receiving room service, which I didn’t understand considering how much I paid for my stay.The room was extremely dark, and one of the light bulbs was broken. I asked the front desk if someone could replace the bulb and improve the lighting because the room felt very dull. I was told someone would come the next day, but no one ever did. There were also several maintenance issues in the room. Underneath the sink, there was orange material glued to the bottom, cables were hanging out of the dishwasher onto the floor, and the kitchen sink had a bad leak. The shuttle service they advertise was also very disappointing. When I arrived at the airport, I called for the shuttle and was told it would take about 30 minutes. After waiting over 2 hours with no shuttle, I became so frustrated that I had to call an Uber myself. On my last day, I did use the shuttle to return to the airport, but the driver was extremely rude. He kept saying he had never heard of my airline and told me I needed to figure out which terminal to go to, even after speaking to his boss over the walkie-talkie. It seemed unreasonable that he did not know the airport terminals as a shuttle driver. To make matters worse, after dropping off another couple, the driver failed to fully close the back doors of the Sprinter van before driving away. My suitcase fell out onto the road "

"Spacious room. Stayed at the renovated wing but no soundproofed walls- woke up by heavy footsteps next door at 5 ish first day and alarm went off at a nearby room at 6am the second day for 15 min. The room was a bit dusty n deeper cleaning needed. Wifi- weakest wifi signal I have ever had in a hotel room! Slightly better if closer to the outside hallway. I had to use my own data. Safety- glad I checked the doors shared with the neighbour rooms. One of the doors from my side was not locked! Scary for those who travel alone."
