Nice hotel in a good location, however our room was very noisy. We had a room on the 3rd floor which also had the fitness suite so early morning had noise from people using the suite as well as housekeeping who seemed to start excessively early. Add to that the road and external noise and sleeping in was out of the question. Housekeeping refilled the coffee pods but no refills for the tea bags (were they not informed that us Brits like our tea 🤔?). Location was ideal for eating out and for bars and room had a direct view of CN tower so no complaints there.
