"Lovely facility. Staff are friendly and professional. We booked this hotel because we were traveling with our dog. The front desk explained that guests with dogs are on the ground floor. That was no problem- our room was lovely and spacious and extremely clean. Plenty of outdoor space to walk the dog. Obviously, we couldn’t eat in the restaurant because of our dog but we sat outside on the back patio and there were loads of options to order from DoorDash or UberEats. We did get drinks in the bar and took them outside again. Would honestly stay there again- we usually stay closer to WPI but for the 2 extra miles, the rooms were far larger than the Hampton Inn or the AC Hotel. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here for a week. We had adjoining rooms which was really nice for our two families with children. The salt water pool was awesome. The restaurant food was good but we didn't realize it until the last day. The rooms were in the older building but beds comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed to. Disappointed a refrigerator was not in the room but I was able to rent one for $15, so it worked out ok."

"The afternoon staff were great in helping me get a new room when my original didn’t have AC. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, and the bathroom was in great condition as it should be! The elevators and hvac units could use some updating but that doesn’t take away from all the positives!"

"The rooms are very clean very modernized great service very help the staff was great by far the cleanest hotel I would recommend to friends and family so clean and so efficient that I extended my stay until the 15th of no October they even kept me the same room as the original booking hotels.com is a great website to book hotel rooms I've used it many times this year I will be using hotels.com for November and December for Boston"
