"We loved the room, very clean and cozy. Only thing missing was a little coffee maker to start the morning. The parking was challenging until we met señor Carlitos from the car garage nearby, and for a small fee we were able to safely park our vehicle off the street."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views of Old San Juan and making for an unforgettable experience. There were only a few minor things I wasn’t particularly fond of. The elevators can take a while to come up or down, although it wasn’t much of an issue for me since I was staying on the second floor. The food at the restaurant was good, but I felt it was a little overpriced. Also, be aware that you can hear quite a bit of noise from outside your room at least I did. Also, the water in the shower was not very warm and basically I took lukewarm showers, so be aware. One thing to keep in mind when booking is that I believe only six rooms have window views, so be sure to check on that beforehand. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old San Juan."
