Nice place

Very nice hotel in a very safe area north in the city. Nice employees throughout the hotel. Only issue is they need to add more air-conditioning to the restaurant/dining room/bar areas. It was rather warm having breakfast. Other than that, everything was super.

The hotel is fantastic with great decoration. The rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The bed and pillows are really comfy for a good nights sleep. I highly recommend it.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facility is very well-maintained. The breakfast was great and the staff asked how I preferred my eggs cooked. Parking is interconnected and could be a bit confusing, but overall I really liked Sites and I will soon lodge there again.

Very quiet area. Not much people strolling around. Security present. Hotel staff are super helpful and willing to assist in anything they can! I recommended to place sand stickers in shower tiles to avoid any slip and fall accident.

Great hotel and isolated from all the bus hassle. Parking is available! Hotel must improve on placing sand anti-slip stickers on shower floors. I almost fell. I advised management to execute that job. Breakfast was great. They offered to make me freshly made eggs! All staff were great and respectful!

Hotel Sites Barranquilla delivered excellent service, making my stay truly enjoyable. Housekeeping, especially Mario, Staph, and Sandra, was outstanding. Mario was also very helpful with the jacuzzi, although it was frozen—a maintenance issue that should be addressed. The breakfast was unexpectedly disappointing this time. The food was old, reheated leftovers with limited variety. However, Brenda, a new gentleman at breakfast, and the chef went above and beyond to prepare fresh dishes upon request. While the food quality was below standard, the dedication of the staff stood out. Reception and technical support were excellent, with outstanding service from Caesar, Julia, Natalie, Juan, and Jon. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spotless, maintaining the high standards I’ve come to expect. Despite the breakfast setback, the warm, professional staff made the stay enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Sites Barranquilla for its exceptional service and comfort. It’s a 5-star experience overall!

I stayed @ Hotel Sites Barranquilla from July 7th to 14th, 2024, and my experience was exceptional. Brenda at breakfast was invaluable, guiding me through Colombian delicacies and ensuring my special omelet without cheese. She was always smiling and provided great city recommendations. Andrews at the bar crafted spectacular drinks on my request, showcasing his mixology skills and friendly demeanor. Jon Jon and Natalia at the day shift reception offered impeccable, warm service, making check-in seamless and providing excellent local tips. Caesar and John on the night shift were equally exceptional, meeting all my needs and offering helpful advice for my date. The housekeeping staff, though I regret not catching their names, kept my room spotless and fresh daily. The hotel's large jacuzzi comfortably fits over 20 guests, and on quiet days, I managed to swim laps. The fitness room is well-equipped with excellent air conditioning. The efficient laundry service returned clothes within 24 hours. While the breakfast was delicious, it could use more variety. The hotel is in a new area near Riomar and Puerto Colombia, one block from the Marriott, with a Bancolombia, pharmacy, and several outstanding restaurants nearby.
