Bien en general, aunque tengo mis reservas

El baño y el cuarto súper limpios, a mi novia le encantó la cama, súper cómoda, y la atención fue satisfactoria, el desayuno nos gustó y todo estuvo bien en general, sin embargo no pudimos poner Amazon Prime/Netflix/Disney+ porque hubo un problema con el internet, a pesar de que en nuestros teléfonos funcionaba perfecto; en recepción al hacer el check-in me pidieron documento de identidad, les pasé mi permiso de residencia (soy venezolano) y las recepcionistas se pusieron a hablar entre ellas, le tomaron fotos a mi permiso y se pusieron a hacer preguntas, entiendo las medidas de seguridad, pero de todas maneras fue incómodo. 7/10, vamos a volver pero no muy pronto, si arreglan el internet y los televisores lo subiría a 8.5

El hotel no cogio mi reserva. Hoteles.com nunca me confirmo el hotel de reemplazo. Me pasaron para un hotel de menor categoría y el costo fue altísimo vs lo q hubiera costado hablando directo con el hotel. Pues no el Oxford ni hoteles.com volverán a ser una opción para mi y mis conocidos

Aire acondicionado con fallas, mucho ruido junto al baño. Demasiado calor generado por otros dispositivos junto al baño, sobretwndido manchado por fluidos y para rematar... cucaracha muerta en el piso. Las instalaciones requieren (en general), de limpieza y renovación. No merece la cantidad de estrellas q dice tener, eso es FALSO.

Servicio, buffet y limpieza excelente. La piscina es solo para refrescarse, pero con bonita terraza. El servicio de lavandería debería ser más organizado nunca entregaron una copia de verificación de prendas, ni la factura de lavandería.

So, I booked a room for four people (which was an option). When we arrived, we were informed that the Hotel does not accommodate four people, even though it was an option on Expedia and it was the only reason why we chose this hotel in the first place. The receptionist said not to worry because he would solve the issue for us. He placed us in two separate rooms. However, the next day, as we were checking out, they charged us extra for the second room in cash. If this is not false advertisement, I do not what is. I will not stay here again.
