This was my favorite hotel during recent travel in Colombia. Accommodations are excellent, the roof terrace is spectacular, and the people friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Compliments to José and Paula in reception, and Loraine in the restaurant for outstanding hospitality and service.

The safe deposit box didn't work but when I asked the FD person to give me another room (I had just checked in), she sent a maintenance person. He connected power to the safety deposit box but didn't ensure that the door was operational. I then had to leave the hotel and risk leaving my valuables in the room. Other than that, the breakfast is great and the mattress was wonderful (on the hard side rather than fluffy).

Shower was dirty , and had no door so if ac is on you will freeze while u shower even using hot water . The bed had hair on it . The sheets looked stained not upkept . The hall way had weird old smell . The staff are very nice . Ordered room service the burger and fries super dry .we even checked out a day before and they didnt ask us how are stay was .
