The apartment is on the top floor , the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Magdalena river is beautiful . In the evenings the apartment has indirect colored lights so it takes you to experience a feeling of tranquility and relaxation after a long day of work or traveling . Each corner of the apartment is exclusively designed to feel at home, taking into account the confortable mattresses and furniture that you will find in this beautiful place. The complex provides small soccer field, a fun park for children, private parking lot, beautiful gardens, pool service; which is one of the most sought after in the Area since there is one suitable for children and another for adults and is well maintained and a Gym.

★ Prep meals and beach snacks in the kitchen, with granite countertops and modern, stainless appliances.
★ You will find a spacious living and dining room area with access to balcony.
★ Small T.V area with flat-screen T.V ( Netflix and wi-fi for free).
★ The laundry area has a washer and dryer machine.
★ Next to kitchen, you will find an extra bathroom .

THE LOCATION

Barranquilla is the perfect year-round vacation destination, it´s Colombia's fourth-largest city, is a hardworking port town located on the delta of the massive River Magdalena and laid out in a tangled ribbon along mangroves and the Caribbean Sea, sweltering and hustling in the blinding sun. The birthplace of Colombian pop goddess Shakira, Barranquilla is actually most famous for its annual carnaval, when the town clocks off, puts on its glad rags and goes wild as it throws the country's biggest street party.
when you visit, you'll find a city proud to be the home of costeño culture, and one full of excellent restaurants, lively bars and a smattering of decent museums.
Here you will find many nearby beaches, most are less than a 20-minute drive away. Take walk on the Malecón, relax on the Caribbean beach, soak up the sun, then dip into the ocean to cool off. Charter a fishing boat, go parasailing, snorkel the coast – your options are many!

The apartment is located near shopping Malls, museums, restaurants, beaches and parks.

We are not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities. Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools are opened from 9 AM to 7PM and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closure or maintenance.

House Rules:

• No smoking inside the apartment, use the balcony to do so.

• Suitable only for small pets

• No parties or events

• Check-in time is 4PM - 11PM

• Age of primary renter: 25

• Occupancy: max 6 pax

• Fees charged by our cleaners will be passed on to guests, i.e. failing to check-out on time or leaving an excessive amount of dirty dishes

• Unit keys will result in a $35 penalty fee

✏︎Evidence of large gatherings / events / parties in the unit may result in a $100 penalty fee.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 45 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 20 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.
