This is the second time we stayed here and is excellent. The free full breakfast is great with fresh fruits, juices, coffee, eggs, bread, ham, soup, etc. Nice big room with a king bed and huge bath. Parking is underground with a guard. Nice rooftop with a restaurant and music with a DJ. Staff is very friendly. Definitely, we will stay here again.

No me gustaría regresar a este hotel. La primera habitación no tenía agua caliente y la segunda tenía un mal olor en el baño. Los desayunos nunca me impresionaron, aunque los empleados se esforzaron mucho para que nos sintiéramos cómodos, la verdad es que no fue agradable nuestra estancia en este hotel. Valoro la buena disposición de sus empleados, pero el hotel no es lo que muestra en redes sociales

It said the staff was supposed to be bilingual and speak English too. That was not my experience but luckily my GF is from Barranquilla and communicated for me.

Viaje de Miami a Barranquilla a hacerme una cirugía y me hospede allí, todos los dias me bajaron el desayuno del bufé a la habitación por mi condición, tuve que quedarme unos días mas y olvide anunciárselos y apesar que este hotel siempre está lleno, se encargaron de mantenerme en mi habitación. todo el personal es maravilloso, No quería irme! Decent stay overall
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms definitely need a little maintenance. A lot of broken wood and the shower drains very slow leaving you standing in the dirt you just washed off.

The hotel was ok. The staff was nice. It Looks like it was a nice place when it first opened but they haven’t kept up with the maintenance needed. For example the light in our bathroom didn’t work. The blinds didn’t open properly, the water in the shower accumulated. Breakfast was mediocre.

Great breakfast!
The daily breakfast came with the cost of the hotel for the week. It was amazing and included local cuisine. Great service in the restaurant and by the maids. Not as much at the front desk. The copier didn’t work and we were ignored by a male manager. Not cool! Had the front desk been more attentive it could had been the perfect stay.
