I loved this hotel!

Great hotel! Clean modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Lots of restaurants and stores in tbe area. I highy recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Property is beautifully kept, but lack of parking. Also, even when I had a great timedue to the great staff and location of the hotel, is important to mention that there was minimum staff at all time durinf breakfast. That caused, delay i service which it was not appreciated by any of the guests including me.

When we arrived at this hotel they did not let us check in my nephew because we did not have a written permission from his parents, we told them that wasn’t the first time that we traveled with my nephew and they never asked us for anything like that,, I asked to speak with a manager and th he front desk lady told that it was possible

We have a problem with humidity in the room . We were on 7th floor, room 714 and moves to 704 because of elevator noise and the mold and mildew odor. In room 704 the noise was less but the humidity was worse. In the morning you could see humidity on the furniture and on the floor.
