"The staff were very friendly and my room was ready prior to my arrival at 4:00pm. The hotel itself was clean, but it desperately needs updating both inside and out. It’s in a great location within walking distance to so many places, although I don’t mind walking and put about 9,000 steps in my first day. The continental breakfast was nice, too, offering more variety than I see at some hotels. The hotel just needs to be updated/renovated and it would be a 5 star stay easily."
