"Clean room / nice staff / parking / got tub"

"This is a very run down motel the rooms are smelly with peeling paint and very thin walls! There was no extra lock on the door which made it a very uncomfortable stay! there was a piece of wood to stop the window from being opened. Positive; the bed was clean mattress was good but there was no extra blanket except for the fairly thin one on the bed I am sure the owner cares but this place needs some serious renovations. So for the price I would have expected a lot more"

"We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. Another was because TV didn't work, just fuzz. Given a vague explanation of how it worked but were only able to get one channel to...

"I get that the hotel was pet friendly, but there was dog food on the floor of our room. It also smelled like a wet dog when the air wasn’t on. Also there was construction going on and we didn’t know until we arrived. It was pretty loud in the AM a couple of days. The staff was friendly and the suite was spacious. "

"They honored our request for ground floor room close to parking. I think there were only a few guests, so that was easy. The beds were comfortable. The microwave & fridge were clean & worked fine. Old, wornout furniture in the room--scratched, gouged up, etc. Sticky bathroom floor. Seriously in need of upgrades. "Breakfast" was coffee & tea--thankfully we weren't planning on it being our actual meal. Huge issue with checkout time. Listed on Expedia as 11am, when I checked in, I was told 10am &...
