"Dani was wonderful - she was so cheerful, accommodating, and such a joy! The property is so peaceful and lovely. The breakfast baskets are a wonderful way to start your day - croissants, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Les Cactus also has bikes you can borrow to cruise the neighborhood."

"The room faced a busy street, and they called it an “upgrade” with a balcony but there’s no way I’d ever sit out there with constant traffic flying by. I stayed at the Thompson Hotel Cabo San Lucas before and it was incredible, so I expected a similar vibe… not even close. The staff was just okay nothing special, not very accommodating, and not particularly friendly. Overall, it felt like a letdown. It’s convenient for downtown, but definitely not the vibe. I wouldn’t stay here again."
