The staff is so helpful. They give good advice and arrange tours, taxis and even bus tickets. Rooms are modern, spacious and cleaned daily while you're out. The location is central, on the river and steps from the Hard Rock Cafe. Breakfast is amazing! Great views from the rooftop lounge. You will not have issues at this hotel, and you'll be glad you stayed here.

This was a fabulous choice. The staff all friendly and happy to help, the restaurant gorgeous, the spa great, the rooms spacious and elegant, the pool area very relaxing. We loved every minute and had the tour desk book our excursions as well, which were very good. No complaints and would heartily recommend staying here.

Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable.

This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.

The staff is so friendly and helpful (without being at all overbearing). We loved the daily happy hour. Location is excellent - especially with the really nice supermarket next door.
