"Service is 5-6 stars here. They go out of their way to do things you wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. For example, they went to the police to pay my parking ticket, they went to he supermarket to buy my baby formula, they gave us extra room free of charge to make sure our family of 4 was comfortable. It was our honeymoon, and on very short notice the receptionist had left some heart shaped cookies in our room and decorated it a bit.
