"The room was very cool, with the stone walls and the loft where the bed was. We had to leave early the next morning for a flight and the front desk attendance offered to bring us yogurt and muffins the night before so that we could eat before we go. Very nice!"

Main downside of the hotel related to eco friendliness, including the quantity of disposable cups used in the dining room and bedrooms - paper but containing plastic and unable to be recycled. Also, despite a sign on the bathroom door about their eco policy and reusing of towels, all the towels we left hanging up for reuse were replaced."

All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic. "check in was extremely easy, received a whatsapp with video instructions on how to access the room, great idea. the room was between the station and the center, about 15 minute walk to old town. it was perfect location for us. also next to all antico vinao - a sandwich shop we have been to in many cities, make sure you go here. a couple of ants around the bed which i dispatched onto the balcony easily (had noticed this in a couple of places in italy so not just here, so not a problem) hot tub was good and came with video instruction via whatsapp which was a majot plus as they are normally quite fiddly. shower was excellent although i woudl consider getting seprate shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in future and maybe have a moisturieser aswell to take it up a notch. the bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows. free coffee pod machine. free water. what more do you need!"
