Alles begann damit, dass der Vermieter des Hostels unsere Reservierung vergessen hat, woraufhin wir spontan in ein anderes Hostel umgebucht wurden. Nachdem wir nach Verspätung und langem warten beim neuen Hostel ankamen (es gehörte zum Vermieter, also selbe B&B-Vermittlung), betraten wir ein dreckiges, nicht fertig gemachtes Zimmer. Die Person die uns das B&B geöffnet hat, entschuldigte sich weder für den Zustand, noch für das Verhalten unserer vergessenen Buchung. Wir haben uns bei den Vermietern und in der Wohnung daraufhin sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Do not book, this is fraud for charging you
I've made an booking with this place and contacted the owner in the morning at the day of the arrival with our estimated time of arrival and there was no response from him at all. Upon arriving at the place there was nobody to accommodate us and the owner just text me that the check in window closes strictly at 2PM and a minute later the check in is not possible but full charges applies. He advised that was advised in the fine print somewhere that one can hardly find during the booking process, furthermore this info regarding the check in window is missing on the hotel confirmation as well.
