Die Unterkunft versprach uns einen Checkin nach 21:00 Uhr. Als wir bei der Unterkunft ankamen, hatten andere Gäste die Tür von innen verriegelt. Keiner war zu erreichen, obwohl mir der späte Checkin bestätigt worden ist. Ich versuchte mehrere Stunden jemand zu erreichen, bis ich mit EXPEDIA das Problem klären konnte. Ebenso gab es kein heißes Wasser. Wir mussten mit kaltem Wasser duschen. Erst nachdem wir Mehrfach angemerkt hatten, dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten, wurde das Problem an unserem letzten Tag gelöst. Ebenso gibt es keinen Service im Zimmer und keine Reinigung. Das einzig gute ist die Lage. Ich würde das Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
