Our room was amazing very spacious lots of nice details of the period of the building. Very quiet. All the staff are very friendly made our stay even better. This is our second time here we was here in 2022. Most of the rooms since than have been renovated.

Check in was good and pleased with the room. What needs to improve is the breakfast and staff. Welcome staff hiding round the corner on phone. After asking did not tell us how breakfast worked. Several staff not doing alot, even when the coffee machine broke and would not manually make tea coffee! ...

Hampton by Hilton Canterbury
Staff were friendly and attentive. I requested a refill of the complimentary hand cream and within MINUTES someone was at my door with a bottle of the stuff. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was easy to use and had excellent water pressure
