"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Abwicklung mit Herrn Schmidt lief wunderbar. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter leider im Gepäck, aber in der Gegend gibt es viele Dinge zu erleben. Im Haus haben wir wie unsere Vormieter ebenfalls Raclette gemacht und im Wohnzimmer die Füße hochgelegt. "Der Aufenthalt hat uns rundum gut gefallen. Das Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit. Der einzige Abzug unsererseits war die Lage, wir wohnten im ersten Haus an der Schranke und waren erstaunt, wie viel Autoverkehr im Park herrscht. Erstaunt waren wir über die Pauschalgebühren für Strom, Wasser und Gas. Diese fanden wir doch sehr stark überteuert."

Genau das, was wir nach langen Tagen auf dem Land brauchten. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Vor allem aber waren sie so großzügig, dass sie uns dabei halfen, einen Teil unserer Vorfahren mit nach Hause zu nehmen. All dies trug dazu bei, dass diese Reise ein Leben lang unvergesslich wurde. We were some Americans who went to Germany to explore our genealogy and was able to enjoy a great place right in the middle of the homeland of our ancestors. The property was very easy to find. The place had plenty of space for 3 of us to have our own bedrooms and both bathrooms were spaceous and clean. Exaclty what we needed after long days of traveling the countryside. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and very responsive. But most of all were generous enough to help us be able to bring a little of our ancestory back home with us. All of this helped make this trip memorable for a lifetime."
