Perfect home away from home! They have paid attention to every detail and it was the best night sleep away from home we’ve ever had. The beds are so comfortable! We enjoyed the air hockey and basketball and really wish we had been able to stay longer.

My husband, son and daughter in law had a wonderful stay at the Farmwife's Hideaway! Great communication, easy check in, perfect location. The home was clean, well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. We were close to the Bourban Trail, Bardstown and everything we wanted to do. The fresh eggs were a very special treat!! We would stay again on our next trip to bourban country!

Overall, wonderful stay! Lots of games available to keep my 5 year old busy and my 11 month old to crawl around. Plenty of seating for a larger group.

Bourbon Getaway

This was our central hub for the Bourbon Trail. Very convenient to many awesome stops, Bardstown is a beautiful town with rich history. The home is welcoming and so relaxing. Thanks for sharing it!

Great Spot

My family stayed at this wonderful house when we did our bourbon tour. The home is just perfect and incredibly comfortable. Very clean and in a very quiet area. My daughter enjoyed the basketball hoop outside and we all loved that your hockey table in the basement. Made it the perfect place to hang out as a family!

Dinner Train weekend

This is the perfect home! We were just minutes from all we wanted to do. We toured the town Friday night and Saturday morning. Enjoyed the Dinner Train on Saturday evening. Amy is a fantastic host and the home is very well appointed and comfortable. We will look forward to coming back!

The house was very clean. The house was also nicely decorated in a vintage style that added a nice touch to our visit. Due to the rain, there was one minor issue. The host immediately took care of it and. it did not interfere with our visit or experience. The home was also located near all the sites we were visiting during our short stay.If we are back in this area again, we would definetely consider staying at The Farmwife's Hideaway.

Wonderful home in Bardstown

This was one of the nicest VRBO homes that we have visited. The home was spotless and nicely decorated with many amenities and special touches. The home was very spacious, perfect for a family or group of friends. We enjoyed using the backyard patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. The location was only a mile from downtown Bardstown with many shops, restaurants, historic sites and distilleries.

Excellent Bardstown Option for Bourbon Trail

This house was perfect for our visit to Bardstown! Very convenient location to multiple distilleries and downtown. Everything was exactly as expected and we arrived to a very well stocked and perfectly clean house. The owner even left us a special surprise (fresh eggs) that we very much appreciated for breakfast!The beds were very comfortable as well. We also loved the design touches (including the artwork) throughout the house ... it truly showed how much the owner cares about this place.This was our last stop as we traveled throughout Kentucky and left us feeling like we definitely want to come back. Highly recommended!
