Great Location, Very Responsive Host, Very Nice Space, The master bedroom is on the main floor with Huge bath and closet, upstairs is 2 Bedrooms with a Jack and Jill Bathroom, the outdoor patio is awesome spot to relax and watch TV.

Bardstown Reunion stay

This property was a great fit for our family of four! Tastefully appointed and very clean, this three bedroom, two bath was very comfortable and quiet. Located extremely close to downtown Bardstown, many places are walkable. Great and timely communication with host and an easy check in made this weekend hassle free. Thank you.

End of summer get-away

Once we were able to have entrance to the house, our stay was perfect. The house was perfectly located to downtown Bardstown in order to walk almost anywhere. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, inviting, with all the items in the kitchen needed to cook (though we did not). Our only hiccup was the day of arrival. I expected the 'keys' email to include the directions/details for entry. None were received. I tried contacting the home owner. Phone number listed was no longer a working number. Contacted VRBO directly. Was put into contact with the home owner. As it turns out, the phone number listed on the VRBO site is incorrect. I have since contacted the owner explaining that a correction is needed for that.

The location and home were both everything we could have asked for. The rooms were spotless, supplies were more than adequate. We were here for a wedding held at The Bespoke in Bond which was within easy walking distance. We would highly recommend the Black Swan House.

Wonderful place to stay!

Loved staying here! So close to downtown-we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The house is so nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend highly!

Rented this property for a long weekend with my two sisters. It was a great house for the three of us. Beautiful decor. Great location close to downtown Bardstown. We could easily walk to all the restaurant and shops. Beautiful kitchen. Nice outdoor patio to enjoy in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
