Retreat to your peaceful hangout after a day of exploring all that Bardstown and Kentucky has to offer! Relax by the fireplace and stream a movie on the 75" TV, cook a full meal in the well-stocked kitchen, create a unique cocktail with all the tools you could wish for, breathe fresh air on the screened-in porch that borders greenspace, challenge friends to poker in the game room, grill dinner on our charcoal grill, or roast hot dogs and marshmallows on the firepit area. Fantastic property

Great property right in heart of bardstown. Great location for our group as we did a couple of barrel picks this week. Will absolutely stay here again!

Friends Bourbon Traill Fun Week

We were all simply amazed by the property. It was the perfect spot for us to vacation while visiting distilleries. The decor is so inviting and goes along with the bourbon race horse vibe of Kentucky. We enjoyed having nightly fires in the backyard while sipping on our favorite cocktails.

It is like a brand-new home with all the amenities that you would find and probably more than in your own home. The location is perfect for privacy and also close to what draws you to Bardstown and Louisville KY area. Restaurants are aplenty and a couple in particular that stood out are Lou Lou on Market and The Rick House. The host responded to the few questions I had and helped adjust my stay in a very timely manner. To the host, "THANK YOU"!

Excellent place to stay!

The property is set in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a main road into downtown. The screened in back deck was wonderful for early mornings and an overhead fan for the warm evenings. Inside the house was well organized & clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adults. We enjoyed using the cocktail cart to make driinkd from our newly acquired bourbon bottles. Highly recommended!

Friends having fun!

We enjoyed our time very much at Bluegrass and Bourbon. The home was lovely, clean and well kept up. It was a perfect “ home” away from home for us and another couple. We enjoyed your screened in porch for our coffee and at night as well.

Trip to Bardstown

This home is a perfect place to relax and wind down. The house was so clean and well appointed. Everything you need is on site and the communication from the owner is awesome. I would highly recommend for a work trip or small family. I will definitely be back.

Perfect home rental

We were in town visiting family in Nazareth, and this house was the perfect home base! Comfy, welcoming, well-stocked kitchen. Clean, cozy, with a wonderful screened-in back porch. Looking forward to staying again!

Great place

This place was great. Spent a week in Bardstown checking out distilleries. The house was in a great location just a few minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Loved the screen in porch.

Perfect hangout spot

The house was great for our extended family to spend time together. Kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and the layout works well. Screened-in porch was lovely, even on the hotter days.

Awesome Bourbon Trail home

Derby weekend

The house is gorgeous, comfortable, nice outdoor space and game room in the garage was an added bonus. Location, Bardstown is a nice town I. The middle of bourbon country.

Bluegrass and Bourbon rental is a quiet neighborhood about 5 min. drive to downtown Bardstown. Modern, newer home well kept and Very Clean! After a long day its so nice to sit on the back patio area, or play games in the garage. This is a Great home base while visiting Whiskey row in Louisville 50 min drive. , downtown Bardstown, also we went to Mill ridge farm in Lexington, 1 hr drive. Heaven Hill 4 min Dr. Bardstown Distillery 7 min. drive, and lots of other distillerys nearby

Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful. The communication with the host was clear and fast. The property was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Quiet area, and great layout for a group going on the bourbon trail.

Beautifully appointed home that totally lived up to the posting. Owner promptly responded to any and all questions and the home is located far enough away from town to allow for quiet but you can get to everything quickly. Book your stay now!!

The BEST!

If you are headed to Bardstown and surrounding areas, stay here!!! Our third trip to the area, and this house exceeded our expectations. Close to everything and very well equipped. So clean, spacious, and new. Truly everything about this home is stellar. Communication with the host is also amazing. Can’t stress enough this is the place to stay!!!

Bourbon tour

We truly enjoyed this property. Very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend to everyone. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The only thing I would say is that they need more hangers in the closet.

1st time on the Bourbon Trail

Bluegrass & Bourbon was a perfect home-base for our Bourbon tour! The location was ideal: close to a few distilleries on our list, and not too far from the others we visited. Love the theme ;) and the bar cart had everything we needed to make yummy bourbon cocktails! The game room was fun for the guys and we all really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and around the fire pit. Beds were comfy and the house was spotless! The owner is the host which makes it so personable, and they had great suggestions for making the most of our trip.

3 Riding Buddies Spring Motorcycle Road Trip

We selected Bardstown since it is the Bourbon Capital of the World. We road our motorcycles from our home in Auburn,Al to spend 4 days riding the Bourbon Trail. Although a little cool in the mornings, we had excellent weather. We very had schedule several distillery tours & visited many others. We also got the chance to visit Keeneland & Church Hill Downs. It was an excellent week! The house was perfect with very nice amenities. We could not have asked for a better property in a central location with a very responsive owner! We plan to make this trip again in the Fall! 5 Stars. I’d give it six hours if allowed!

Beautiful Spot

This was the perfect spot for us. We were there with another couple for a family event. The house is beautiful (pictures as usual don't do it justice), in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious and screened in porch was perfect. The host had the right balance of communication leading up to, upon arrival and near departure so I always knew what to expect and that I could easily reach her if we had any issues (which we did not). The only thing that would have been better is if the weather had cooperated and we were able to use the fire pit. It was sort of rainy and pretty windy so we skipped that, but maybe next time. :)
