"We had no hot water all weekend and the elevator was not working. Lighting strike a day before. We were never told about the problem before we checked in. We found out the next morning when we went to shower after we ate breakfast. I went down to let them know and the assistant GM said we are working on it. No offer to refund our money and go stay somewhere else. Next morning still no hot water. After checking out I called the company and they said we were offered a refund!!!! LIES!!!!! The assistant GM said we used the toilet and ate breakfast that meant we refused the refund! It was after we use the restroom and ate breakfast that we even knew there was no hot water! Terrible place to stay!! Never again!!! I got a$50 refund and some points to use in the future!!"

"The room was clean and well maintained. However, we stayed in a room on the first floor near the bar. When we were trying to go to sleep, we could hear people talking near the entrance outside our room, and this continued for about 30 minutes. After that, loud conversations from guests drinking at the bar continued until nearly 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the building does not appear to be well soundproofed. We could hear doors closing and footsteps from guests staying in the room above us. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice."

"The rooms are very plain, but they also cost a lot less than other places. I always feel safe at this Motel 6, especially since the rooms open into a hallway instead of to the outside. The building is also off by itself which also adds to the safety. Between traffic noise and the people in the rooms above you, bring ear plugs. Also, when I come out of the room in the morning, even if it's three hours until checkout time, the staff keeps asking me if I'm done with the room. How about waiting until I actually check out instead of being annoying? Overall, though, a good stay for the price."

"I was SO upset to find that even though I had reserved an ADA room, they did not give us one. Insult to injury - they put us at the very end of the hall & my husband cannot walk very far. He was not able to shower the next morning without the walk-in shower... When you reserve an accessible room - you NEED an accessible room!!!"
