Independent villa in residence, air conditioned with air conditioning, heating and safe. Private garden and 2 parking spaces on the property. Two condominium pools, one large and one for children open from 01 May to 30 September. The house has a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction cooker complete with dishes and pots. Living room with sofa, LED TV with TvSat and decoder and WiFi.

Double bed with wardrobe. Double with bunk beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with window and complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside: garden surrounding the entire property with bbq and terrace equipped with garden furniture, table chairs, deck chairs. In the washing machine with sink and outdoor shower.
The house is located in the hamlet of Calmasino 5 minutes from Bardolino and Lazise and 5 minutes from the Affi shopping center and the A22 motorway.
Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva Park and Thermal Park (Colà) all nearby. Verona is only 20 minutes away by car.

Very well located for visiting the region. The owners are very welcoming, give good advice and react quickly if necessary. The house is very clean and well equipped. We would recommend this house.

Everything was perfect!!

The holiday house was very clean and big enough for a family. The garden is great for the kids and for grilling sessions😅. You are near to bardolino and lazise. A playground is 5 minutes to walk. We can really recommend this holiday place. 🌺🌸

Wunderbar

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen bei Fragen zur Stelle. Wir waren das dritte Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir kommen wieder!! Grüße Andy mit Familie.

Das Haus ist klein aber fein, und im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern der Anlage modern und gut ausgestattet. Der große Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Lediglich die Straße hinter der Hecke ist tagsüber etwas laut.

Alles in allem wieder ein angenehmer Urlaub mit angenehmen Vermietern. Leider, bedingt durch die Feiertage, teilweise durch Autoverkehr direkt am Grundstück, etwas laut. Haus und Garten sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Sehr gutes WLAN Netz, Fernsehempfang zu unserer Reisezeit allerdings nur auf italienisch - aber wer braucht im Urlaub einen Fernseher :-)

Schönes Haus

Ein Haus mit Gemeinschaftspool in der Anlage.Am Pool war nie viel los, man konnte immer gut schwimmen gehen. Die Vermieter Giorgeo und Siriana sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben im Vorfeld schon Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, waren immer erreichbar! Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Umgebung! Ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Haus mit eigenem Garten und Gemeinschaftspool innerhalb der Anlage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen sehr schönen Garten dabei. Die Vermieter Giorgio und seine Frau Siriana sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus findet man sämtliche Dinge die man im Alltag braucht und nutzen kann. Die Küche ist seit gut ausgestattet. Einfach Perfekt.

Alles hat so gepasst, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette, freundliche und engagierte Gastgeber. Das Haus ist traumhaft. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war, wie angekündigt, ab 01. Mai geöffnet (obwohl das Wetter nicht sehr gut war). Die Aussicht vom Pool aus, auf die Kirche, ist traumhaft. Die Straße vor dem Grundstück hat uns nicht gestört, aber da sind die Empfindungen unterschiedlich. Unser Fazit: 5 Sterne!

Perfektes Feriendomizil für Familien

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Objekt ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, von Kaffeemaschine bis Bügeleisen etc. alles vorhanden.( sogar eine Zentralheizung und zusätzlich die klassischen Klimaanlage). Bei uns war es leider noch relativ kalt, so dass wir sehr dankbar um die Zentralheizung waren. Außerdem kann man die Kinder im Garten bedenkenlos spielen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Die Straße nebenan ist tagsüber gut befahren. Uns hat das nicht sonderlich gestört. Zum einen ist es mit Kindern eh nie ruhig und zum anderen, macht man ja auch Ausflüge und ist meistens erst abends zurück. Abends ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Toll ist auch der sehr nah gelegene Spielplatz der sehr neu wirkt.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning op ideale locatie

Nette vakantiewoning, zeer schoon en goed onderhouden met fijne tuin en eigen parkeerparkeerplaats. Woning ligt in een afgesloten deel van privé woningen met gedeeld zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Goede locatie voor uitstapjes naar dorpjes aan oosten van Garda en Verona. Enige minpunt is de locatie langs een doorgaande weg, die hoor je overdag goed, in de avond is het er rustiger.

... es war einfach WUNDERSCHÖN

Das schnuckelige Häuschen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus verfügt über einen gepflegten Garten mit Liegen und einem Grill. Die Olivenbäume waren super Schattenspender und falls man es doch nicht draußen aushalten kann, so kann man sich ins klimatisierte Haus zurückziehen. Der Pool befindet sich in der Ferienanlage und ist gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch dieser ist sehr gepflegt und lädt bei heißen Tagen zur Abkühlung ein. Giorgio und Siriana weisen ihre Gäste vorbildlich bei der Anreise auf alle wichtigen Dinge an und im Haus ein. Für mich als Mutter war das absolute Highlight die Waschmaschine 😉 Das fand ich mega gut, denn wir konnten uns dadurch viel Gepäck sparen (gerade wenn man mit kleinen Kindern verreist). Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Handseife ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Giorgio & Siriana, vielen lieben Dank für eine tolle Woche die wir bei Euch verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder und liebe Grüße auch von unseren Mädels 😀

super Urlaub

Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit kleinem eigenen Garten und Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Toller großer Pool nur wenige Schritte entfernt zur Mitbenutzung. Wir verbrachten dort eine sehr schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche und würden dieses Objekt wieder buchen. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt wäre der Lärm durch die Lage an einer angrenzenden Straße, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Woche bei Giorgio und Siriana

Schönes Haus nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein mit abgeschlossenem sehr gepflegtem Grundstück. Innen sehr gut durchdacht und mit ausreichend Verstaumöglickeiten. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Giorgio und Siriana sind tolle Gastgeber, haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Straße hinter dem Haus war manchmal ein wenig zu hören aber in der Nacht kein Problem, weil die Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite sind.

Gepflegtes kleines Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten und schönen Pool in der Nähe

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, die Besitzer Giorgio und Siriana, die in der Nähe wohnen, sind sehr nett und kümmern sich bei Problemen. Das Haus steht in einem abgeschlossenen Gelände, in das nur die anderen Hausbesitzern bzw. deren Gäste Zugang haben. Dadurch fühlt man sich sicher. Auch der Pool, der klasse zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen ist, mit separatem Nichtschwimmerbecken, hat uns besonders gefallen. Dadurch, dass die meisten sich nur kurz zum Abkühlen dort aufhalten (keine Liegen sondern nur Holzbänke), war es herrlich ruhig am Pool. Von morgens 7.00 Uhr bis abends 23.00 Uhr darf geschwommen werden (Von 13.00 bis 15.00 Uhr ist er über Mittag geschlossen). Wir haben das Schwimmen sehr genossen, auch weil man einen schönen Blick auf den Ort mit der Kirche von dort aus hat. Hinterm Haus ist noch eine Gartendusche, für die wir bei heißem Wetter sehr dankbar waren. Die Besitzer stellen genug frische Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche zum Wechseln bereit. Das einzige, was uns doch gestört hatte, war die laute Straße, die direkt hinter dem Grundstück verläuft und leider doch schon mal nervig war. Aber der tolle Pool und die Gartendusche, sowie das schöne Grundstück, das von außen nicht einsehbar ist, haben es auf alle Fälle wieder ausgeglichen. Alles ist vorhanden: Genug Bäderliegen zum Entspannen, Gartenmöbel, eine Waschmaschine und sogar Klimaanlagen, wofür Giorgio 5 Euro pro benutztem Tag extra haben möchte. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub am Gardasee sehr gut gefallen und auch die Lage des Hauses ist für Ausflüge zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto waren wir schnell in Verona, am Monte Baldo etc. und auch der Strand in Lazise ist in 10 Autominuten erreicht. Gerne wieder! :-)

Sehr schönes Häuschen von netten Gastgebern

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Häuschen von Siriana und Giorgio verbracht. Die Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld mit Giorgio war sehr unkompliziert und er stand auch während dem Aufenthalt mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Häuschen und die Gartenanlage sind ist sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist klassisch und es ist alles erforderliche vorhanden. Für sehr heiße Tage gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Das Auto kann man auf dem Grundstück parken. Es liegt im Örtchen Calmasino, etwas oberhalb vom Gardasee, innerhalb einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage, in der es einen sehr schöner Gemeinschaftspool gibt. Wie bereits in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, führt direkt am Grundstück eine gut frequentierte Straße vorbei. Den einen stört es, den anderen nicht.
