VILLA ANDREA with swimming pool

  • Villa Andrea is a modern newly built home. It features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as a large covered porch and a garden with a saltwater swimming pool. The pool may be used not only by guests but also by me and my family of four.
    The property also includes an underground garage with parking space for a car.
    Its proximity to the center of Bardolino, which can be reached on foot, the lake view, and the exclusive residential setting make this property an ideal choice for families with children or couples of friends looking for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.
    Pets are not allowed, and due to the layout of the garden, the property is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
    Within the same residential complex, in a separate villa, I have been renting another property called APARTMENT ALEA for many years.

Wonderful Place!

What an amazing villa and in a great location. The villa was beautiful and was very spacious for our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 3). The outside space was lovely and we managed to watch the sunset from the roof terrace. Great communication with the host. Would definately recommend this villa.

Wonderful stay

We have had a very special holiday for my partners 40th birthday with our 2 boys aged 1 and 4. The house is fantastic, very clean and well equipped. Stunning views of the beautiful lake and very airy and modern. Andrea was very helpful and made sure we were happy with everything. Pool was brilliant and a hit with my sons! Thank you for a lovely holiday

We enjoyed a lovely week's stay in this beautiful villa in October 2025. The location and views are really breath-taking, overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains, with plenty of outside space. The villa itself is very modern and high-spec whilst also being very comfortable and well-equipped. Everything just worked and the wi-fi was very reliable.The infinity swimming pool was amazing - beautiful to dip your toes in (in October) and to look at when the sun sets or when lit up at night.Location really convenient - only 10 minutes walk into the main Bardolino harbour/ village.Really cannot fault the place - we would love to visit again in the warmer months! Thank you Andrea for being such a welcoming host.

Wunderschönes modernes Haus

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem sehr modernen und schönen Haus mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Es war alles vorhanden, es war super sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage war perfekt, zu Fuß konnte man schnell ins Zentrum von Bardolino kommen. Ein großer Dank an Andrea, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub in Bardolino – Entspannung pur!

Wir hatten Anfang Oktober eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in Bardolino. Der gesamte Ablauf war völlig unkompliziert, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir den Pool und den Weber Grill genossen, ideal für entspannte Tage und Abende. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der überdachte Parkplatz, und die Lage ist unschlagbar: Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum von Bardolino. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben zu viert den Urlaub in der Villa Andrea sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, der Garten und der Pool sind gepflegt. Tolles Anwesen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, vor allem aber besticht das Anwesen mit seinem Garten, der tollen Terrasse und dem Pool mit Seeblick. Die Haus liegt total ruhig, aber dennoch fußläufig zum Städtchen, so dass man schnell überall ist. Wir waren zwei Paare, dafür war das Haus ideal! Auch das Nachsenden eines vergessenen Gerätes hat prima geklappt. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön an Andrea.
