In a quiet location within the municipality of Bardolino on the east side of Lake Garda, the modern and spacious "Montelino Boutiquehouse " welcomes you. The 120m² vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, a TV with Netflix and a children's highchair (on request). In the private outdoor area, a large garden with pool and outdoor shower awaits you. Here you can take a few laps in peace or splash around with the whole family. The covered terrace and the high-quality outdoor barbecue invite you to spend sociable evenings with delicious barbecue. In the village 30m away there is also a public children's pool and various sports facilities (a tennis court, a soccer field, 3 table tennis). Lake Garda is 2.4km away and can be reached on foot in half an hour or by car in about 6 minutes. The small town of Bardolino, famous for its wine and also home to numerous restaurants and cafes, is a 6-minute drive (2.8km) away. The nearest supermarket (2,7km) can also be reached in 6 minutes by car.
