ontvangst van de sleutel in Garda was erg goed, meubilair in het appartement was ok, bedden waren niet erg comfortabel.

Fabulous location, great apartment, helpful hosts
We booked an apartment for 5 for our 3 generations travelling together. Right from the start the agency were super helpful, answering all of our questions and explaining how to make sure we got a ground floor apartment. On arrival we found these were 2 connecting apartments which suited us even better. While we were there they again promptly responded by replacing a broken fan and providing us with another overnight. I was very impressed with their communication throughout and would book with them again. My only very minor niggle was having to pay extra for bedding and towels which I'm not sure I had realised until we got a final email just before travelling.
The setting is lovely - the photos don't do it justice at all. Plenty of outside space that is well looked after, lovely pool, turtles in the pond, access to a BBQ and sufficient tables, chairs and umbrellas. It's an easy 10 minute walk into the town which is full of charm.
We loved this holiday and would recommend the location of these apartments if you want to have good access to a town and the lake, but not to be right in the middle of it. Our only disappointment was the traffic - we hadn't thought through how bad this would be in August - and there were traffic jams everywhere which made our road cycling less enjoyable than it might otherwise have been (although Italian drivers proved to be very respectful to cyclists).
