We were so pleased with our stay at the Rio! The rooms (suite) were great. Nice, clean and spacious. Huge 65in tv with comfy bed and couch. The closet with vanity area to get ready was huge. The bathroom was nice with the glass wall shower. Loved that they had four pools with a 21+ only pool that had a dj! The only downside about the pools is that they were freezing, to cold ro enjoy to its fullest. The restaurant that we ate at was great as well (the kitchen table). We ate there for breakfast multiple days. Went to the comedy club there and had a blast. We also went to go see the burlesque show Empire strip back! It was GREAT!!! Classy funny professional and sexy. Everything was great at the Rio. It was our first time staying and we will be going back!

When we checked in, staff was very unfriendly and extremely unprofessional, missing to include some of the items in our reservation. Now of course hotel always has fine prints even when you receive hotel credit, make sure you understand what you can use it for, even small things like tips you may not be able to use it. Just be aware of all the different charges.
