Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

This resort was a 10/10 would definitely recommend! We had the 2 bedroom suite, and it was honestly everything we could have hoped for AND more! We were there for the backstreet boys at the sphere and conveniently in building 13 it was less than a 10min walk to the venue! Another 10 minutes and you’re in the Venetian. The staff couldn’t be more helpful with check in, and the golf cart rides to and from the front lobby when connecting with your ride share. Units were beautifully maintained with full sets of dishes, a full size fridge, washer and dryer and more than enough space for our weekend getaway!

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

Our stay at Crockfords Hotel in Las Vegas was amazing from beginning to end\. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived until the time we departed\. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and always kept exceptionally clean\. The bed was made each day, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay\. They were helpful, attentive, and truly made us feel well taken care of\. The excellent service and attention to detail made our experience very special\. We would definitely stay at Crockfords again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming hotel experience in Las Vegas\.
