We were surprised at how much the property had deteriorated in the past few years since our last visit. Given what we feel was a very steep rate for the heat of the summer in Las Vegas, we expected to find a better maintained property. A few examples of maintenance items in the room: The shower door wouldn’t close and latch, the makeup mirror flipped forward and wouldn’t stay up, the bottom sheet on our bed was tucked in at least two feet short of the end of the bed, water pressure in the shower was so low it was difficult to rinse our hair, light switches for lights above and on the sides of the bed did not work, and the toilet tissue was so thin you could see thru it. On a positive side, the room ventilation and cooling was excellent, the room was very clean, and the elevators were quiet and fast. Guests need to know that there is no breakfast provided, no coffee, and literally no information in the room discussing any amenities that may be available at the hotel and attached casino. The only thing in the room were two $3 bottles of water. Next trip to visit family we will likely search for a new hotel.

I loved almost everything about this resort! The only minor drawback was a slight smoke smell around the casino and food court, but it really wasn’t a big deal.
Check-in was quick and easy, and I was warmly greeted by the valet service, which was a nice bonus since it’s free. The room service was excellent—definitely try the artichoke pizza! I also loved the variety of dining options around the food court, and having a Starbucks on-site was a huge plus.
The spa and pools were fantastic and made for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Las Vegas.
