"By far the worst hotel experience I ever had in life. Front door didn’t lock. Air conditioning didn’t work (in the summer!). Room wasn’t serviced properly and by day two we had swarms of ants in the room. For 3 days, we had no hot/warm water, only ice cold. Plumbing in toilet didn’t work properly. One day we had no water at all and there was no warning or notification of it. When we asked reception, they kept saying “it’s being fixed now, it will take 30 minutes.” - and they continued this...
