Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. There is also a communal pool surrounded by sun loungers, shared with the other apartments in the building, where you can swim and cool off on hot days or relax in the sun.



Thanks to its excellent location, you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby (100–600 m; 1–7 minutes on foot), and the nearest beach, Playa el Pirata, is just 100 m or a 1-minute walk away. The local water park (1 hour's drive from the property) is a great option for a hot day if you prefer not to go to the beach or pool. The nearest airport is in Jerez (1 hour by car).



The property has a garage with one parking space available. Bed linen and towels are included. The pool is only open during the summer (approx. June 15–September 15).
