They offered great recommendations not only for Pine Island but also for Cape Coral and Fort Myers, which made our stay even better.What made this home especially special for us was the ability to truly rest. As a family that values quiet and time to recharge, it felt like a retreat we could come back to after visiting the busier areas nearby.All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and we couldn’t recommend this property more highly."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Beach House. All of the furnishings throughout the home were lovely and the equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in. The location simply could not be better, directly on the bay side of the island. It was very clean and communication with property management was great. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the construction on the property next door. It was very loud every day from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and the construction barge takes up a large portion of that lovely view of the water. We absolutely loved this home and location, and we will be back, just after the construction is complete. "

"Incredible trip! The pictures are what you get (but in person is better). I doubt there’s many better places to stay on North captiva. Private beach, can see sunrise and sunset from the house (amazing sunset view). We would recommend to anyone. It was perfect for our family of 7 (with one infant). We will look forward to staying at WOW again. "

"Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return. "
