This beautiful villa is located in a tipical Istrian village and provides an ideal vacation for friends and family. Villa is located on a green, spacious and fenced plot of 900 m2 and if you like to relax in the sun, the villa garden will be your sunny oasis. There is also a swimming pool (32 m²), an outdoor charcoal grill, as well as a covered terrace - the perfect place for an outdoor dinner during the warm summer evenings. The villa is located on the ground floor and offers 2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable living room with satelite TV, WiFi. The villa can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The interior is full of bright and nicely decorated so you will really feel at home. Nearby beaches are located in places called Krnica, Rabac, Rakalj, about 15 km from the villa and 40 km from the beautiful famous tourist pearls such as Rovinj, Porec, Vrsar, Rabac.
